I can’t understand why I have sent the goods I sold but don’t receive payment for 2 weeks. It was ok for EBay to already take their fees out of my sale. Some excuse of being a new seller, absolutely disappointed.

In the rules you agreed to and it will continue until you establish a track record of consistent, hassle-free sales.

Why did you continue with completing the listing?
The box you ticked you had read and understood
Those policies do apply to you
Question is, why do you only have to wait two weeks when the hold on fund is normally 30 days?
Two weeks shorter than most but you still complain
Not an excuse, the same policy that applies to all new sellers that you agreed to
If you have not signed up and been verified for Managed Payments, you won't get the money at all
So you should be posting the item within the handling time (also as you agreed to do)
It is not the buyer's fault you don't know how selling works

Ah the joys of not reading the T&C's before you tick the button that says I have read and agree to the T&C's

I was reading the T&C's or somewhere the other day on Ebay (yes sad I know), but one spot it said 2 weeks and another 30 days. But that wasnt what I was looking for so didnt delve into the reasons for the difference. I have now seen a couple of complainers who complained about only 2 weeks, maybe Ebay changed it.

Maybe they should change it back to 30 days if people are still going to stamp their feet about what they agreed to when listing
I had sort of wondered before, if the two weeks time frame had been given to sellers who had'nt bothered to sign up to Managed Payments first (as in, they will be given two weeks to actually sign after the sale date , as they already should have done) and then the 'hold' of two weeks after that
Rather than the outright 30 day hold if the seller has done what they need to do from the get go
*Shrug*

If I have a sleepness night, I'll go back and do the research, but don't hold me to it

Just a question for OP, is it against the T&C's of Pink ticket sales to resale via Ebay. I know some artists have restrictions.
