eBay won't normally do anything unless a buyer complains, not a member who hasn't bought.
You could try posting the item TITLE in the Hijack Hunters thread in 'Buying'. The people there are experienced scammer hunters and eBay seem to pay attention to them.

You can post a full listing title but you are not allowed to post item numbers.
To report fraudulent listings you can use the report link on the item page,(above the item number).
Then use the drop down boxes: Listing practices > Fraudulent listing practices > You suspect that a listing is fraudulent, >Continue > Send report.

dont bother. its so obviously a scam that even the gullible buyers didnt want to buy it.

Newbies wouldn't list these on 3 day listings as they would be looking for maximum exposure.
Scammers tend to list with three day listings to avoid detection.
For that reason as well I've let eBay check them out,
