Buyer in UK bought 3 items from me, and said he was happy with items. 6 weeks later said he wanted refund & claimed through ebay. I chatted with eBay & done everything they asked me to do. The return was initiated & ebay held the amount of cash for items to be paid once they were returned. Actions were put on hold, then to day told me case was settled and no goods have been returned. Anyone experienced this, or got a direct line in Australia I can contact. I tried chat line & it was in India. After 1 hour got nowhere, with them saying that was the policy, surely not!!
