Hello, I'm in the process of setting up a seller account on my eBay.com account. I also plan to sell on this account <eBay.com.au> as well if possible. So, could you kindly unlock the 21-day hold on the account, please? Much appreciated. Kind Regards.

Given that it requires a level of access which is not afforded to eBay members, no I can't... and nor can any of the other members who frequent here.

I would suggest you'd be better served by contacting eBay directly - there's a "Help" hyperlink at the top and/or bottom of every page.

I recommend you first  read everything  about  registering as a seller  on both sites  as  

 the verification requirements and   managed payments  /  banks  are  different.
