That's rubbish. Ring them and ask to speak to a supervisor. I have had defects removed.

Run a report this way: (the other pop up box has vanished).
From the drop down menu, select 'Seller Dashboard'.
Where it says ' Your performance to date', the line under that will have your % of defects.
See in front of the % sign, there is a grey arrow? Click on that so that it expands down to each defect section.
Right down near the bottom, under the 'cancelled transactions' section, you will see 'To see which transactions had defects, download a report. '
Click on the active blue part and off you go, sign in and the report appears.

Yes, it is in the tiniest of writing.
Had difficulty finding it for a while.

I thought they had hid it behind the blue door then had the blue door disapear on days biggining with the letter "T' only to reapear when the wind was blowing from the west, except for fridays when everything disapears, and then if you want to get it back you have to pay a fee.
If things are so hard for powersellers to keep a track on even with the help of the boards, what chance the average member?
Perhaps they have to let us track our defects as that was the deal, but want to make it difficult to because they are sick of being asked the questions they have no answers to.

Have rung but was told the matter was under 'investigation'.
Did at that time ask to be connected to a 'supervisor'.
Oh dear, no supervisor available.
Have been given advice from several sources - seems the defect can be removed.
Just have to get to a 'supervisor' or anybody with a 'clue'.
I intend to follow it up & will keep giving updates.

I also had a long standing neutral & defect removed a couple of weeks ago. I had to be put through to a completly different department by CS ( not just a supervisor ) . Not sure what department it was, but they knew a lot more than CS and handled it on the spot while I was on the phone.
