I believe every one is equal, as UN told us.
And I believe what if buyer piss me off by not-paying and not-answering my messages I have right to let know everyone about it.
eBay has different opinion and runs a war against sellers.
Part of war - if I open case against dodgy buyer I do not have any feedback option, but POSITIVE one.
So I do not give any feedback to buyers at all. What is point?
It looks like election in Soviet Union: you could vote for any person to became MP, but there was only one name in list.
USSR gone, but eBay still here.
I propose action: NO FEEDBACKS to buyers.
We want equal rights, we want choice.

Well nobody pays me with hems but I do expect lesser mortals to genuflect in the correct manner and kiss my hem :^O
I never 'stick up for' ebay or Paypal, I merely quote policies or give my opinion and as you can see from the rest of the responses on this thread I am not alone in considering the feedback system as it stands today infinitely better than that of over four years ago.

It's one thing bullying people on forums, but to assign yourself a rank which is earned by honourable service in the Defence Forces is just plain offensive.
You don't even have the courage to use your primary seller's account for your ill-informed and spiteful rants, instead you use an ID which alludes to being consumed by an addiction to misspelling words.
Rather than professing to be of any help to others, perhaps it would be more useful if you sought help for your own problem. So with a total of 23,817 posts, I'm thinking the sooner you do this the better.
We all know you should never trust a junkie. Pull your head in!

I agree with the OP. I'm also annoyed about the situation and non payers.
I don't understand why people are saying Neg feedback doesn't do anything. I think it would be discouraging to buyer to do it again if they received neg feedback.
I'm not sure about the unpaid strike system. I can't recall ever seeing it on a members feedback page. I agree with the idea of it, but it's pretty pointless if people aren't clearly labled as non payers.
Will neg feedback stop buyers from not paying? No it won't.
Does neg feedback stop sellers from ripping people off? No it doesn't.
The OP says No Feedbacks to buyers, but really it should say EQUAL FEEDBACK TO BUYERS. I think it's about time that it returns. Negative feedback and unpaid item strikes should go hand-in-hand.
Ebay should also be doing more for sellers considering we get slapped with seller fees, and slapped with Paypal fees. 'Forced' to accept Paypal is another thing that needs to change. No doubt ebay will continue to be unfairly biased toward themselves, followed by buyers, followed by sellers.
Ebay is ok for a quick sale (when it goes to plan) but really I've just been trying to avoid selling on here for a while now for these reasons..

Unpaid item strikes work if sellers set blocks for them, as prudent sellers do. They are not shown on a member's profile, nor do they need to be. If you don't know about them then try the site map. Then you can make an informed comment.
Nobody is forced to offer Paypal. You can offer Paymate (but expect to see your sales plummet) or a merchant credit card facility (whose costs would doubtless be more than Paypal unless you have very high turnover). Plenty of choice; depends if you want to sell or just list.
