so lets get this straight... u all think that ebay has the power to make sell how they want you to sell...that's what im reading...u have product to sell a buyer wants to buy but ebay says the buyer can only buy and u can only sell under ebay policy'' that's right, that's what im reading, how do u think they can do that?

Because YOU signed up for their T&C's when you became a member and started to sell.

Edit. "snap" slr....................

eBayโ€™s site . . . . . means they can set the rules for those that want to use the site.

Donโ€™t like the rules . . . . . . donโ€™t use the site.

Sounds fair to me.

You "may" know the law, but it appears painfully obvious you can't read and understand board policies or eBay's T&C's.

Let alone any of the links that experienced board members have supplied you with, your interpretation of "the law" seems to me to be all "smoke and mirrors".

if ebay policy was law..as u think, ebay would not succumb to my bank..it's not law...a contract is not valid unless it complies to the laws of the country u are in...ask a lawyer they will tell u the same

This is a logical fallacy.

There are laws surrounding banks that protect the consumer (you) over the seller (eBay), and which allow consumers to get away with breaking laws.

In other words, just because something was allowed to happen, it doesn't unequivocally prove that the other party was in the wrong, legally or otherwise.

If I have to simplify it even more, getting what you wanted doesn't = being right.

now you are being just plain nasty.

Have I been rude or hostile towards you?

You have complained about posts/threads being moderated/removed yet you continue with hostilities towards others on these boards, including me.

You can disagree with what I post, even tell me I am wrong, but why resort to name calling?  There is just no need to do that . . . . . unless it has been a pattern behaviour you have exhibited for many years, you know, the schoolyard bully who calls other people names as compensation for a short . . . . . . temper.

What has made you so angry?  Is there anything I can do to sooth your aching soul?
