Just report the listing.  Unless they offer Merchant Credit Facility as a safe payment method they have to offer paypal.

If the item is a pickup only item the seller can specify Cash on Pickup preferred.

If nobody reports them, and buyers continue to choose to buy, of course they are'nt going to stop

If I were looking at a certain item and I saw the seller was 'demanding' bank deposit, there is no way in heck they would be seeing one cent of my money

sellers can do what ever they want..demand payment anyway they want..it's that simple. Ebay policy does not comply to australian consumer law and ebay policies will never stand up in court...for example, ebay buyer policy which is not legal, ebay took money from my account because buyer said he was unhappy, i called my bank and the money was refunded within 4 hours because ebay policy, all ebay policy does not fit within law guide lines

Ebay does not take money from your bank accounts.....paypal does.

And yes, sellers can demand any payment methods that they like but unless they offer a safe payment method as well then they will not be allowed to list on ebay.   Unless paypal is offered the seller has no seller protection.

Unless the buyer uses paypal they cannot use the ebay MBG or any othe buyer protection.

so all the buyer has to say is that they accept paypal but only direct payment into the sellers paypal acvcount and not thru ebay...there is nothing illegal about that but ebay will try and intervere even then, they have tried it on with me and ive told ebay where to go and ebay just back off, as long as u accept paypal ebay can't do a thing, ebay just want to control everything.

You can't make a payment to/through eBay to purchase items it doesn't work that way,(eBay only takes fees

via their invoices, which are sellers fees and they have nothing to do with buyer payments).

Any refunds come from the Paypal payment,Corny_cleaning-glasses.gif

Off Topic,  but what happened to your Threads  (You know the ones about Facts Etc),  went to see the latest comments and

got a message that I Access was denied, as I did not have enough priveledges.   Then One by one the Threads disappeared

from forum list.  Whats up.

First your listings disappeared, and now your threads??

It must be karma because, allegedly, eBay wouldn't have done it.
