Selling items to China

That's It, No more sales to China. In the last few months I've had item did not arrive, buyer refused to give address in English, item not received. In all cases it cost me the full amount of  the sale.

So, in each case refund given, buyer blocked on both my selling ID's, China now on my list of excluded countries.

Did you send the item to the address exactly as it appeared on the Paypal payment advice? If not, why not?

Re: Selling items to China

Did you print a shipping label and send it directly to that address? If so, it's entirely possible that an Australia Post employee has stuffed up before it even left the country, although with the country and postal code written in English, there really shouldn't have been a problem. Did you also have your return address clearly written on the back of the item?

In case you're interested, here is the same address in English.

Zhang
The 3rd Ring Road, Hengyang Hengyang Daily typesetting shop
Hengyang
Hunan Province, 421001
China

Whenever I've sent goods to the PRC I've always used English and to date I've never once had an item go astray.
