Selling

Hello I have recently sold and received payment for  a 30 year old model truck

The buyer has lodged a paypal dispute saying Item not as described

the item was new sealed in box But buyer has said damaged by Australia Post. Now paypal has frozen the payment

I have asked the buyer and Paypal for proof of said damage Nothing! The buyer also said he didn't expect to pay so much for the model

rings alarm bells to me what should I do

the dispute is still open

Thanks Steve

ring paypal and talk to them tell them you have asked for proof of damage but buyer won't supply a photo, also tell them of the ebay message stating they didn't expect to pay so much. You have every right to be suspicious.
