You've only got 6 feedback from buyers in the past year, so eBay probably still sees you as a "new seller"

Only 1 recent sale, if you have a break from selling, I think it is over 3 months, then you are deemed to be a new seller and holds on funds apply, and will do so until you meet certain criteria.

You either need to keep your selling active, or read all T&C's prior to   recommencing.

You are lucky you are getting the money early

Most new sellers have to wait 30 days

You agreed to the terms when you listed and ticked you had 'read and understood' 

I hope you have posted the items or you will have very unhappy buyers
