I'm about to send $440 in collectable Australian banknotes to a buyer.
There is a little voice in the back of my head saying, "What if he takes the cash on arrival and says that nothing was sent and asks for a refund."
How do I proect myself when sending banknotes to a buyer?

I will say that it's disappointing that eBay doesn't accept video evidence. In this case it is undeniable that the cash was sent. The video is very clear. It should count for something in a dispute.

Buyers can't have neg feedback as a buyer, eBay does not allow anything but positive feedback or no feedback at all for a buyer

I think eBay's stance on that is likely to be 'anything could have happened once the sender stopped filming'
Whatever it be, eBay is only looking out for buyers, be they the most honest person on the face of the planet, or the biggest lying scammer the world has ever seen

I hate to point out the obvious, but it would have been simpler to just ask for the buyer's bank details and then deposit the $440 at your local branch of their bank. Receipted delivery - problem solved!

If the JP also happens to run the local post office they are probably used to doing such things.
Ask at your local PO because they usually have a jp working there.
It is how I have always found a jp if needed.
