Hi everyone, any other sellers out there using Sendle on a regular basis? I just used them for the first time to send a large-ish item (about 1.8kg) and their cost is lower than Aus Post, and it's door-to-door Toll courier. Pick up by Toll is scheduled for tomorrow, hopefully all will go well.

My experience of Sendle is tragic. 2 out of 2 deliveries lost in space. That's when it all falls over because you can't contact them and they DON'T respond to emails. It's a faceless organisation with NO SERVICE. I will not be purchasing goods from companies that use Sendle because even the Sender can't get the information out of them for their clients.

Well I have to now disagree with my intital post. I have been recently using Sendle for several months on large items with an excellent service. Very often delivering before their expected delivery date. Buyer has always been happy.
I partook in their pilot progam and was asked for continual feedback which I did.
I have noticed that they very rarely use Fastway Couriers now and it is mostly Couriers Please - have not had a missed collection of a parcel. I am connected to eBay on sendle at it works like the postage labels. Once you organise the colletion and print their label it automates through to eBay which does give you protection with Ebay on delievery time frames as it is out of your hands.
Have to say am very happy to use them when needed on large heavy items interstate which is sometimes a saving of upto $20.00 in comparison to Australia Post.

Agree with you Froggy. They are falling over themselves to pickup and deliver in good time. I had a pickup the other day with Fastaway, they didn't come but Bring Couriers picked up instead. The courier driver told me that they were doing the extra service for Sendle. Did a test the other day, sent one to NSW via Aust Post and one to NSW with Sendle. Delivery via AP is 9th Dec, delivery via Sendle is 6th Dec. Wait and see. My AP deliveries Are taking some time, maybe because of all the online sales that have been happening, Click Frenzy etc. I am sure they are struggling with the extra deliveries. Anyway tney are doing their best I guess.

Good Feedback, thanks for replies about sendle.
If they are switching / using alternatives to fastway, I might give them a test and see how things goes. The last thing I want to happen is give our customers a bad experience, which reflects badly on our comany because a delivery wasnt done.

BEWARE!
Originally Sendle were good for me and cheaper than the alternatives BUT recently I have been burnt twice !
They have lost 2 parcels and we're currently fighting to get the latest LOST delivery covered by their insuranceโฆwith no joy.
Just did some more research on ProductReview.com.au site and 30% of senders reviewed Sendle as Terrible! โฆ.. 30% !
Thats not good fans.
