I have, for the first time used Sendle to post a parcel. I couldnโt be more disappointed and frustrated.
I delivered it to the depot a week ago, and still it has not be collected. Sendle say that they are following it up, but nothing has happened.
I hope I can retrieve it from the depot and post it express for the person awaiting it.
I will never use this service again, and advise everyone to be cautious of their promises.

Sendle is a broker and doesn't have depots, much less post items.
Maybe read up on them.

I hear you, I've found using Sendle a big struggle, and usually resort to using Auspost. I think you have more success getting the parcel collected from your home than from one of their drop off locations.

Sendle has long since had a very bad reputation, and as Dave said they are not carriers but brokers so you are never sure how/if/when your item is gong to be delivered.
I hit the back button if I see Sendle mentioned, but that's just me

Sendle is the parcel service that directs the courier company to collect the parcel from the drop off location (or the seller's home), and onforward it to the buyer.
