I was going to send ebay a sample but they said would make no difference .Sellers provide income for eBay but get treated like **bleep** eBay run by dumb robots

Hahaha - send ebay a sample. What if every dispute did that?
Do you think ebay has the time or staff to deal with the millions of disputes that way?
Did you ask the buyer to return your item before the refund? At least you could get your
item back.
