Serial Scammer

I had a very bad experience with a scammer, looking at his feedback he has a history of claiming "item not received" and "quantity less than ordered" to many sellers. In my case, I had both type of claims from him from different transactions and end up losing a lot of money.

It's safe to say he is a serial scammer. PM me if you want to know more.

Save the tips on how to report him to ebay, I don't have the time and energy to waste on... I just want to help other sellers here.

As far as I know, the Australian Governement dislike e-ciggies because they don't benefit from the tax. If it replaces actual ciggerettes as a healthy alternative, they will definitely push out a ridiculous reaction and have the media implemented that it is more dangerous than real ciggerettes or just tax on them. But at the moment they really have no power over it besides the making the media making it look bad and the chemicals used.

My thoughts are, if they even have a special category for them,

then someone's nose was put out of joint and pressed the button.

Just doesn't seem to be any other reason

Absolutely !  If you go to tazz's link there are 711 listings and the following :

Related: g5rv quit smoking electronic cigarette e-cig electronic cigarette kit electric cigarette health cigarette cigarette e health cigarettes

So yes, I'd say someone's nose is out of joint or perhaps if cq was offering International sales to US could have been an issue - or from my experience, could have chosen to use one or more unacceptable words ?

Well my neighbour runs a milk bar and he sells these without a problem. I do believe it is a tax issue. I feel for cq, let's not forget eBay is never a place to find justice for sellers, a selfish and greedy corp from USA.

milk bars also sell chop-chop mmmmm    if you read they are ilegal in w/a   q/l   s/a   . and are against ebay policy.

dont think cq  is the only person ,he has got away for it for 5 months until they caught him , there has prob been 1000s caught , and they keep trying to sell them with changing words on there heading .the question is not if they are good for you or not.

its simple ebays policy says its a no no , the liquid these things use are banned in all of australia , the compomants are banned in some states already, the gov dont have to give anybody a reason , if a gov says .05 is the limit to drive ,then thats what it is , even if some professers say .9 should be the limit or what ever. they also run speed limits , and tell us were you allowed to smoke ,

What a load of rot Joe. The liquid is NOT banned in Australia. You can buy the ingredients at Bunnings and plenty of other places. The stuff is in the shampoo you use for goodness sakes.

if ebay and the gov banned selling pyjamas ,thats up to them , simple abide by the site you are using ,or go some where else ,and if its e-cigs  it might be the north pole were they are still legal.

We are in Victoria, probably it's ok to sell in milkbars here. I recently volunteered as a translator at a sports event, a coach representing another country was smoking it with a lightsaber sized one... I am serious, I thought it was a lightsaber from starwars.

I don't smoke, so I don't know much. Is this liquid worse than cigarettes? I thought it is better compare to smoking a real cigarette, as I was told by the coach. Everyone knows smoking causes cancer, why government around the world won't ban it?

I know this post is for the serial scammer, but if everyone keeps commenting it will remain on top, so please keep going and keep this post up. Thanks everyone for your emotional support!

Joe. if, as you say, they are illegal (let's go with your scenario for now)

Why has eBay got a specific category to sell them????

http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313.TR10.TRC0.A0.H0.Xe+cigarettes.TRS0&_nkw=e+cigarettes&_sacat=0

What's your theory on that one? mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm??

And yes, you can 'smoke' them anywhere because there is no 'smoke' expelled
