Shipped to APO; Hasn't arrived 1 Month Later; Refund?

Someone bought an item from me stationed overseas. It's been almost a month and he opens a case saying he hasn't recieved the item yet and would like to wait another week. If it still doesn't come he would like to know if hecan have a new one sent out. If I've had the item returned then he would like a refund. I absolutely have not recieved the item back. His order is archived so I can't see the tracking number anymore.

My question is, should I be responsible for the APO mail system? Should I be obligated to send a new item if he doesn't recieve the item after 6 weeks?

It lends a whole new meaning to the phrase "watching the grass grow" doesn't it?

As I opened the bedroom blind this morning I caught sight of 3 little sparrows have a lovely dust bath in the middle of what I laughingly call the front lawn.   The dust was flying everyhere and they were having a whale of a time.

Last year, June, July and August saw our rainfall records smashed by triple. This year, June, July and August has seen about an inch in total. Last year my yard was knee deep in mud. This year it's a dust bowl. September is proving to be just as dry They'll declare drought on us again if we don't get some wet soon.
