Should I accept a return if an itmem makes a squishy sound? Its a jacket.

What material is the jacket made out of? leather or vinyl?  Can't imagine a fabric coat making a squishy sound so bad it annoyed the wearer.

I've heard of 'loud fashion' before, but seriously... 

If it had been me in your place I'd just be relieved it was a jacket and not pants, as I'm not sure I'd have been able to refrain from suggesting in reply to them it might be a weight related 'squishy' sound they are hearing.

No fabric,  a fabric trench,  not a wrap coat, or a swing coat or an opera coat,  but apparently a noisy trench style coat. Lol, I love some of the replies, thank you all for making me smile over this noisey situation.
