I'm Sick of dealing with people who want to trash my site with Negative feedback, because they are having a bad day. then Fee Bay send you a Pre written Email and wont do anything about it.
1st one I accidentally listed something twice, and he was refunded money back straight away?
He was Arrogant, I told him it was Human error! But no Im left with negative feedback.
2nd one brought a $100+ rare item from me for $20 yet complained about post. I told her about Ebays
fee's they charge and offer her a refund. She knew she got it cheap yet told me I was rude and left negative feedback and but kept item. I did everything right and polite!
yet I suffer!
I have also dealt with people with only little feedback to there name, get money back and close their accounts!
There Should Be Rules Made.........
people with little experience and little feedback should not be able to leave negative feedback and
get a refund and then close there accounts.
SHOULD Be certain feedback to be choose from that are relevant to be left! Not because they are having a bad DAY!
and want to trash our site!

OP, maybe you didn't know this, but as said above eBay do have a few guidelines for setting your postage.
It's tricky to find sometimes, so I've included the link here to the Excessive Postage and Handling Policy.
A few highlights from that link... but do have a look at the link if you're unfamiliar with this policy as it is explained in greater detail therein.
"Sellers may charge reasonable postage and handling fees to cover the costs for mailing, packaging, and handling the items they are selling."
"Sellers must charge only actual postage and actual packaging costs (or less) in order to be in compliance with this policy."

I haven't read your feedback or your replies, but from your post I can see that the negative feedback you have received has really upset you, and you feel it is unjustified.
At the end of the day if you choose to sell on ebay you must accept that buyers are able to leave you feedback; be it positive, negative or neutral. You may not like it, you may not agree with it and at times it may be downright dishonest but it is part of trading on ebay. For the most part if you do the right thing you will limit negative feedback to a minimal amount. I presume most buyers that do look at feedback will check out your positives where you do have negative feedback and put it into perspective.
If you make an honest mistake some buyers will still leave a negative. I suspect there are some buyers and sellers that are not completely honest when there is an issue with a transaction, and sadly as a result some have little trust in others on the site.
As others have said you cannot incorporate ebay fees into your postage and handling charges so perhaps it may be time to work out how much each of your items actually costs taking into account the cost price, shipping from your supplier, ebay and paypal fees etc and then add your profit margin on top of that to determine your selling price. If you don't already do so, consider offering combined or free post as well.
