Plus the Actions menus have decided to jump to the left, pushing more important details off the screen.
This place seems so broken lately.
I noticed that after all the weekend problems, but while it's taking some getting used to, I actually like it there
Mine decides to pop back to the right hand side every now and again. I prefer it on the right.

Has anyone else lost their automatic relist items if not sold option in the last few days?
Support tell me it's because I'm a power user but I'm sure I've been a power seller for a while now and always had this option.
The page about it states that this option should be for all non-business users?

Possibly a left-over from the weekend issues I suspect....
Last Friday a buyer bought an item but it sat on the awaiting payment list.
Today I sent a gentle reminder to the buyer that they had not paid yet.
I get a message back saying that they have paid with paypal and that the payment record shows in their paypal account.
So I checked mine and there it was in mine too.
So I tried to set the status to payment received but it stedfastly refused to budge off the awaiting payment list.
Then a bit later I went into the sales record and clicked the SAVE button.
Then the item moved over to the awaiting shipment list. Where it should have been all along.
I contacted the buyer and apologised for what looks like an ebay glitch and explained to them about the NO answer for did it arrive on time.
Essentially we have mailed outside our handling time and it will arrive outside the EDD due to us waiting for what we thought was payment.

I was pretty unhappy with the new positioning too until I hit on the Answer:
Just shrink that column to its minimum width and about all you'll have is a blue down arrow.
All the options are there for selection when you need them.
I actually like it this way now lol.

Site problems - I've copied the following posts from another thread that is actually about sales promotions, but none the less are relevant here also I think:-
I'm running $5 off if you spend over $50 - so expected a single order had to total $50 and would then show a $5 discount. (I had a buyer spend roughly $19 on one order buying multiples of one item and $42 on another order buying multiples of two different items.) Nowhere on either order was there any mention of discounts and to be honest I would not expect there to be as the two orders were paid for separately, but on the same day - but when I actually looked a little more closely, eBay had taken 10% off the individual item prices - more fool me, because I promised the customer an extra $5+ worth of products thinking she had missed out on the discount ! I don't mind because they were all Breast Cancer ribbons, so a very worthy cause, but it amazed me that this clunky system gave the discount when neither order totalled over $50, only when they were combined. Yet when customers pay for separate orders the system cannot combine post ??? Makes no sense to me. But I did think the discount scenario might serve as a warning to other Sellers who may not have realised how it works.
Response from motherbear
Just because it works that way today, mb, doesn't mean it will work the same tomorrow
So true motherbear - it really seemed to be something that would be beyond eBay's capabilities - but then again - it was not a 10% off sale, it was $5 and by doing it as 10%, it just so happened to give the buyer $5.02 - hopefully I will have another $50+ sale so I can see how they treat the next one, lol
But now, as motherbear suggested - I've just received another big order for multiple items, which once combined is over $50, but you guessed it - NO Automatic $5 Discount on order total OR 10% off each item - look out CS, I'm on my way, lol
Well yes, today is another day !! Apparently now pretty much NO discounts are working at all !
CS were unaware that over the weekend the system was taking 10% off for my sale.
Because Sale discounts are no longer working, sellers need to send PayPal invoices (with eBay's authorization) and once the buyer has paid, then you have to send a screen shot to eBay to prove payment has been received & so they can adjust FVFees and OH, no they haven't considered that the order will then be showing a balance to be paid - they will need to make an adjustment.
I suggested I could give a Seller Discount on the invoice, I know it only comes off postage, but I can't see how that would matter - but NO, that Discount is also broken, it will only add on to the invoice total now, it will not deduct !!
I really did think Free Listings, FVFee savings and promotions all at one time would be too much - seems it has been.
All issues have been reported as there have been several complaints today - yep, you guessed it - they are working on it !!
Smiley LOL NOT
