Yes, all kinds of trouble and I can't get any assistance from eBay. No working 'help' 'phone number, not much help from tech support. I cleared cache, cookies etc. as suggested but there's no change. There is nowhere else to go! Their chat line is "unavailable." This situation is appalling.
