I know I have had advice from many excellent people and Thank You
Yes I may have been a bit curt in my reply to this buyer.
I had reached the end of my tether with her.
The item was well protected and wrapped.I never said it was in great condition and the condition of the Cardboard
cut out was very good. Considering its age.
I asked her to return it a few times and I was more than happy to refund
But no the buyer sent me abusive messages ,Said she didnt want a refund ,
The item was worth more than what she had bought it for.
She was aware of that.
She called me names and I went to Ebay to ask them for help with her.
She then complained to Ebay and said I was harrasing her.
I just cut her off and blocked her .
I believe Ebay sent her some warnings because of her language she used.
So there is more behing my curt reply to her.
I will see if I can remove the reply.
Thank you to all with your advice. It is all being taken into consideration

The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member for purchases done within the same calendar week (eBay time).
The equation is: Positives / ( Positives + negatives )

To put it in perspective...
1 negative in 100 positive = 1% of all feedback is negative
1 negative in 108 positive = 0.925% of all feedback is negative, a 0.75% difference
As you can see, the addition or 8 more to the higher number, doesn't do a lot to reduce the percentage of the lower number.

It's a bit disheartening, bjlcr. By entering the details into this eBay feedback calculator, you can see just how many positives would be needed to offset that negative.
Your current feedback score is 94.1%.
Your desired feedback of 100.0% can be achieved by gaining 1,984 additional positive feedbacks or waiting for 1 negative feedback to expire.
However, to reach 99.5%, a less intimidating 165 additional positive feedbacks would be needed.

Ebay is a brutal place for low traffic sellers, and there are people out there who know this and take advantage of it. Low traffic sellers are held at ransom by dishonest buyers (in general, not specifically about your case as I do not know the details).
I would have to disagree about keeping selling and buying accounts separate. I have several shop and non shop accounts. If I open a new shop, that account is very vulnerable to unreasonable buyers demanding everything under the sky in its first year. To counter that, I buy everything from that account - packaging tapes, different sizes boxes, plastic bags, stationary - everything I need in all the other shops and in my daily life. I buy either from different sellers or the same seller but not in the same calendar week, that way you get positive feedbacks from these sellers, increasing your positive feedbacks count and reducing the effect of any negative feedbacks.

That is really interesting and to me, just seems so out of kilter.
This person has only received one neg and needs at least 165 additional positives to help offset it?
Over the top.
The only thing I'd like to say to bjlcr though is that neg won'[t necessarily affect sales. As a buyer, I'll admit I always click to see the negs. It doesn't matter if they were on page 2 or page 20, I see the negs in a nice straight little list. If I can see a seller has been reasonable though in trying to address any problems or if I can see a buyer was just a drongo, it doesn't stop me from buying. I find most sellers have some negs & neutrals, especially the big sellers, yet my experiences over the last few years with them have been fine.
My only concern though would be I think you could have answered the neg better.
