How can I buy a product on ebay as a Licensed Fender product, and then when I go to sell it on ebay, I have my listing removed for trademark violation?
You've deleted all content from my listing, after they hgad been running for almost 10 days, with bids on several iyems!
Do you know how long it takes to place those listings?
How abaout sending me a message requesting more info on the items before deleting?
ONCE AGAIN, THEY WERE LICENSED ITEMS, PURCHASED ON EBAY!!!!
I'd like my listing fully reintated asap.
I've been an ebay member for over 10 years with 517 points and 100% pos feedback.
I demand more respect given the amount of money I've made for ebay and paypal.
Alternatively, I'll delete my ebay and paypal accounts, and list everything on Gumtree in future.

"I demand more respect" good luck with that. There are members here with 100 of 1000's of positive feedback and they don't get treated with respect. If you keep relisting the items after ebay delete them you could be suspended for good.
You do know gumtree is owned by ebay don't you?

Yo do realise that there are factories in China right next door to the places where countrfeit goods are made where they make fake packaging, labels, authenticity labels, licenses etc etc
The only way you would be likely to list without censure ould be if you could get confirmation from Fender that your products are the genuine article. Even than you should get express permission to list or you run the risk of your account being suspended.

I notice you have re-listed, voicing your opinion of ebay
You have also mentioned the seller that you purchased the items from.
Soooo, genuine Fender bodies from a seller with a feedback of 3?
And now the seller is NARU
But..............
There is a website of the same name that are Fender Licensed.
You should have gotten paperwork for those bodies to verify that they
actually are genuine Fenders. If you have that paperwork then get in touch with
ebay.
If you purchased them on ebay, I think the ebay seller was not the same
as the website

Perhaps you bought it from the officially liscenced sellers. I think eBay takes very little in policing all the listings and it is up the the copyright/trademark owners to report listings. You were probably reported by the official vendors and all eBay did was just processed it on their side and simply just removed the listing at their request.

This statement seems to be quite overused here on the fourms, but it seems to be meaningless anyways.
"I have a 100% positive account for over "x" years and I have "y" amounts of feedback, Look at me, I am just the average eBay member".

Considering eBay does own Gumtree....
