I recently sold an item, item no 131527261655, but the buyer insists that when she checks out, the postage does not come up, instead it says to contact seller for postage cost which is not true.
The buyer also accused me that I did not know how to list products and that I need to contact EBAY for help with listing an item.
Why are some buyers time wasters and why bid when you are unable to complete the transaction?
This buyer has been extremely rude and arrogant towards me just because they don't want to pay postage and complete the transaction.
If I cancelled the transaction is the buyer still able to leave negative feedback?
Please let me know
Thanks heaps

Is the buyer in a place that you do not sell to? Have you blocked buyers from certain areas, including in Australia? Is your buyer trying to buy more than one listing?
Maybe you could send your buyer an invoice which will have the postage on it and there will be no misunderstandings.
If your buyer has actually stated that they don't want to pay the postage and you can't work it out with them you can just open a non payer dispute after 4 days and close it when you are able and they will not be able to leave feedback.

Do not cancel the transaction - you will receive a defect when you are not doing anything wrong.
Just send the invoice, with the postage included - and wait it out.
Don't reply to rude emails, there is no point. Save all the emails you receive from the buyer, just in case.

There has been a glitch a few times where the postage isn't showing for the buyer, so they can't pay. Usually, sending an invoice fixes that.

Just send an invoice with the postage and if they don't pay open a dispute.
Their reference to you not knowing how to list perhaps refers to your numpty statement that you are not responsible for lost or damaged items, see just how long that one will stand up if the buyer opens a dispute!

When you are prepared to include in ALL of your listings some ACTUAL photos of the items being sold I might be inclined to offer you some advice that MAY be useful.
You EXPOSE yourself to such claims by buyers by the format of a number of your listings.
Please review your practices, IMO they sure don't make for a improved buying environment or contribute to a buyers confidence.
