Hi Everyone, just wanting to get some advice on my car. I sold it on ebay March 29th for $810 and the buyer paid. He was making contact with me all the time in the beginning and then the communication stopped. The car needs to be towed as it isnt registered and the buyer was fully aware of this. The problem i have is that the car is sitting in my drive way and there is no car space for my new car. If i put the other one out on the street it will be towed away. He has all of my contact details but i never got his. Not sure what i should do with the car i have tried many times to contact the buyer but still no response.

OP it's against the law to leave an unregistered car out in the street so I would advise that you don't do that as the last person that the car was registered to will be fined for doing so.

He paid with paypal
Oh that is not good-he could do a chargeback with his bank if he funded his Paypal payment with a credit card.
No way should you have offered or accepted Paypal.

Honestly..... there is no harm in contacting the sellers of both the other cars they bought, the worst they can say is go jump.
At least if that leads you nowhere you can document everything and you know within yourself that you have done everything you could possibly have done to contact the buyer. It is unfair for them to expect you to store such a large item like a car for almost 4 months.
Anyone know what the time issue is on getting a CC chargeback if there is one?

woodsy all you can do now is contact ebay by phone and explain the situation that you're in and see what they suggest you should do and take it from there, maybe you could refund the money back to the buyer using the method that the buyer paid with which in this case was paypal. But I'm not to sure how long the time frame is to issue a refund?
