Sold items out of order

Hi

Up until a few days ago my sold items were listed by the sales record number so the newest sold items were at the top of the list. For some reason they have now started being listed alphabetically by the buyers email address.  I have clicked on "Sales Record Number" and then "Search", but they are still listed by Buyer Email.  This is very frustrating as some recently sold items are at the bottom of the page (or anywhere on the page for that matter) according to what the buyers email address is.  Can anyone help me get the items listed by the Sales Record Number again??

Click the whole "Record number" tab then click on the little arrow pictured. If in the wrong order click again.
