In the past I used to be able to.
I don't have a desktop computer any more and use my android phone instead.
When I list there is an option for worldwide shipping but you can't choose which countries to post to. I don't want to post everywhere.
Also, the eBay postage calculator is always wrong, underquoting or giving the same price for different countries.
Anyone else find that?

Go to your account > Site Preferences and select Postage preferences > click on Show on the right hand
side and then > Exclude postage locations from your listings.
That will bring up the Regions and Counties that you can exclude.

I don't think you can do as suggested via the app, so it would make more sense to access eBay via a browser on your phone. Go to the full version rather than the mobile. It's fiddly because the full version wasn't meant for mobiles, but you should be able to find what you need to do there, especially if you've done it before. The full version just means you have to pinch and expand a lot to get around.

However, two of my listings are still saying worldwide (ie all countries) , not stipulating the specific countries I want to sell to.

3 listings are saying worldwide, the other is saying Australia only. When you excluded the countries, did you tick the box to apply to all current live listings? It's hidden in the blue "you've excluded" box. If you've done that, you might need to manually change each listing by editing them and changing it in the buyer requirement section during editing.

Edit the ads on the full browser version. Once you have it set up in those listings you should be able to just use the sell similar option to list new items. Everything should carry over. I can't check on my account on the app because I only post to Australia, but everything else carries over if I relist or sell similar on the phone (I rarely list new items using the phone).

I just went into the app and revised one of my listings to see what happens if I select international postage. This is what I found. On the postage screen, tap the bottom "show more" option to select international postage. Tap on the down arrow and select the calculated option (unless you are offering a flat rate). Then tap on the add an international postage service link and select standard services. Choose which airmail option you want. A box will pop up titled "services". The second option is "posts to". Tap on the dropdown next to none and then select choose custom location. Then tick the countries you wish to post to. You are able to scroll down to get more countries.
Hopefully that should work for your current listings. Then use the sell similar option to list future items.
