THREE times UPLOADED my COMPLETE DETAILS for Managed Payments. Still NO GOOD

THREE TIMES I have uploaded all my details for Managed Payments including photo of driver Licence.

I am computer savy & believe I clicked all boxes & uploaded files. I have been a member since 2004.

24 hrs later (for three days running)  I get a warning notice I did not complete the details & my sales money is on hold.

I am totally frustrated & just about to excise eBay & ever increasing fees forever.

What is the go....eBay & PayPal already know my Bank Acc No's as they do not miss a moment when they need to deduct.

eBay....NO help line! NO chat line. NO phone no. NO contact email.

Just demands demands demands... UPDATE YOUR ACC.

I know it's frustrating, but keep going - sometimes it is just a tiny mistake on your part.   To start with I had a bit of trouble until I realised i was spelling my second name incorrectly - i.e. the short version

To succeed, - your ebay account name - your id - your bank account details -  must be exactly the same like Mary Jane Smith

My ebay account name is the short version and I had no issues signing up.

THANKS... I 'love' the how eBay hides this  chat link away in the back blocks.

I may errr ...YOU may have solved my prob. Have to wait a few days for outcome.

After being an eBay Member for 17 years, one would think eBay knows you are real & not fencing stolen stuff or whatever the screening is all about.

I did not have my middle name on account but my Driv.Lic does.. cross fingers n toes.

Really it is a type of BLACKMAIL that after 17 years an eBay Member, they are with-holding my sales money.

eBay have had my clear details for 17 years except of course Driv.Lic.Foto, which I have now sent FOUR TIMES!

I AM VERY ANXIOUS that if this is the begining of Managed Payments, WHAT is the future of living with MP going to bring.

Because so far Managed Payment = MESS & TIME WASTING 8-)

It seems that way, but most have transitioned well, all be it after a bit of a hurdle in the beginning.

The info and documentation you are providing is for Adyen who now porcesses payments instead of paypal.

Like any other financial institution they require these details to keep your account safe.
