Hello there,
Have been selling my stuff for a while and I just notice that au. Post is number 1 from all of the courier, good price with nice customer service…BIG BIG THANKS to a customer service from Australia post name : Melanie...
I believe some of you will get that above puzzle right ???!!!
Long story,,,,, I have sold one item to the buyer since July and received the message today saying that she havn't receive the item and want her money back, so I sit back and look what can went wrong with it, Luckily I have sent with the tracking number, I am so very happy to see that and started to track it, but guess what??.... Because it has been nearly 3 months since the date I posted, the tracking just shown that it is ""invalid"""..... my heart was dropped as I have no way to find where the item is.......
I though I would refund if she open the case with paypal, I will have no way to fight back as the tracking is shown "Invalid" ..... then I just think why she would leave it this long to telling me that she has not received it... what is the reason to wait this long.......I then think if she actually use that tracking nunber to track and wait for the time that the tracking number is invalid and can not track it anymore then starts to play the game......... I just guess.....
I then rang Australia post and tell them what is happening and Thank gosh !!! the tracking record is invalid for us to track on their website but Australia post still have all of the details on their system.... so the answer I got is, The item has been delivered to her within 2 days after i posted and I got the name of the person that signed to received it,,,,Which is HER !!!!
What a low life buyer.... if you look at her feedback left for others, they all are good , she never left negative but who knows, how many time she has done this and have her money back .......one day it may happen to you.... so please feel free to invite her to your VIP list.....
I now have an email about this case from Australia post to proof that the item has been delivered, but i havn't told her yet that I know what kind of SHi** she trying to do..... i want to see what else she will say in the next message and what feedback she will left for me.........BeAware !! and yes, I reported her but what are you expecting from ebay??? !!

I would not send her any more messages at all. Don't warn her you have proof of delivery.
Just let her open an Item Not Received (INR) case against you. If she does not then you have lost nothing.
With your tracking & signature proof you have from Aust Post you will win any INR case.
The good thing about going this way is that she will place a record on her own account for future reference.
If she happens to leave you bad feedback instead of opening a case then call ebay about that.
You may be able to get it removed once they review the messages between you and see what happened.

If it was me ..... I would love her to open INR case so i can slap her with that proof

Yes you would almost feel like goading her into opening the case just so you could slap her around the head like a wet fish with it.
It would be a blatant attempt at online fraud too.
Actually, if she does this then I would also raise a case with the ACORN.
Let the AFP invetsigate her activities.
Sorry for my earlier post about her leaving feedback for you.
That is correct that after 60-days she can no longer leave feedback for you anyway.

She leaves neutrals when she wants an order cancelled. Nice one.
