Thought it would be good just to have a single thread devoted to seller promos and free listings.

Hi Tippy, Could you please confirm for me that I read it correctly and it said 'Maximum of $3.30'. I'm taking that to (hopefully) mean that if yo sell sometging with lower fvf fees that you'll be charged the lesser amount and not the full $3.30?
