Thought it would be good just to have a single thread devoted to seller promos and free listings.

I haven't read the terms on this one yet but I did wonder whether they were extra to the 40 or part of them.  From the little I did see it didn't sound like they were extra to the 40, in which case they would only come off the 10 when they sold.  I doubt the reps would have a clue what's happening.  I'll be listing my most expensive items that I would have been listing anyway, and if some of them do sell and I get 75% off, it's a bonus.

The T&Cs specifically state that listing fees WILL apply. The promo is for FVF only.

Not you, but it pays to read the fine print before assuming, as several here have done.

If it says listing fees will apply then it's obviously not extra to the 40, as some are assuming.

Sounds like u made sense of it all Dave —Alrho the technical glitch mentioned above must be it still shows as a separate 10 as in when I listed something it remained the same no in the promo listing area

As I read it, listing is not free so they will come off freebies you have or charged if you haven't any.

And 75% off FVF when they sell.

Simples, I think.

i got it, would have been good to know it was coming yesterday before i spent the effort hand relisting 37 items.

but i'll happily accept the offer.

I made a special effort to end and relist a few items on the 27th while I had an offer for 75% off the fees on 10 items. I might end and relist them again.
