The buyer of an auctioned item sent a message 2 days(!) after the sale date advising the item is no longer wanted. I have made a Second Chance offer and it was accepted. The system shows that I am awaiting payment for 2 items now. How do I deal with the auction winner, who refused the item? Do I cancel the transaction? Report a problem?
Also, I am not sure about the fees in this case.
Thank you for your help.

Thank you for all your comments. I successfully sold the item to the second bidder. The first one still haven't replied to the cancellation request, but I guess she is just lazy, so I am waiting for 10 days to lapse.
Reading comments here I was wondering how can a buyer come back and request the item after he/she advised that the item is not required. As a buyer, I know that whenever I commit to buy I am entering a contract thus I always buy only when I am 100% sure. Unless there is a genuine issue with an item or postage the buyer should be penalised if they simply change their mind.
