So is this how the so called managed payments scam actually works?

Buyer used paypal to purchase items but Ebay refuses to send the money to paypal but instead holds it in their own accounts for 24-48 hrs or longer earning interest from millions of dollars it receives every day and then you wait another 2-3 days or more for it to even turn up in your bank account.

Talk about a complete scam.

Sure hope Ebay doesn't think I will be sending items out til the money is in my account because I won't be.

I would not trust Ebay as far as I can spit.

Corporate greed at it's best.

Ebay are treating their sellers like fools.

No wonder sellers are departing in droves for other platforms.

How on earth does complying with Australian legislation, equal corporate greed.

Do you ever get past reading headlines.

Yet YOU are still selling..................

If you took as much time reading eBay's policies as you do spamming the boards you would realise that when a seller hasn't sold anything much in over a year, they will be treated as "new sellers" and will have to show by tracking and/or feedback that the sale has been successfully completed or wait 30 days for their funds. That is to protect buyers fron shoddy/scam sellers..............

Now, now. Don't go pointing out facts and giving accurate information

You'll be accused of working for eBay and licking their boots by yet another person who, for some unknown reason think basic rules and policies should not apply to them ๐Ÿ™„

How do you work this out?

Proof please or it is not happening.

While you are at it you might like to check out how many sellers have returned to ebay after flouncing off in high dudgeon, only to find that the grass is not greener elsewhere.
