Wow, almost 7% NPB rate... May I ask what general type of goods you have been (almost) selling?

With collectible / memorabilia type items I might get a non payment every couple of months, clearing about 180 to 200 items per month on average, from about 300 auction listings per month on average.

May that percentage drop for you, and the good percentages increase!

Congratualations and Happy Birthday! As for the grey hairs, I found that a tube of really stinky stuff for about 10 bucks, that comes out a really weird colour, can do wonders for grey hair! The lights in those change rooms at Big W tell no lies, so I found out last week. Now I have no more grey hair (for now :P)

Mainly clothing, the NPB may appear to be high, but from my experience, the non-payers usually purchase multiple items so that distorts the percentage a bit.

I'm also in clothing and am at around 5-7% NPB

Clothing is a huge impulse buy market, thats what I put it down to.
