A buyer made a complaint that they had not received the item. I provided the wrong tracking number and immediately assumed I had the parcel mixed up with another buyer's, and this would take a long time to resolve. Therefore I refunded their payment. However, it now appears I just got the tracking numbers mixed up. They will receive the goods on Monday. I have asked them to pay me back when they get the items but I was wondering if ebay can help me ensure I get paid for this item.
