So if we don't offer FREE POSTAGE we don't get the benefits of the program?

What a load of rubbish? !! What smart guy thought of that? And i suspect he got a nice raise for it too.

Aust Post charges are though the roof only to be raised again anytime soon.

And they want free postage? ??????

I haven't complained before about the unfair price hikes and increased commission fees, ever. but this is just getting beyond it...

No wonder there are next to no watchers on my items, cos they are not as visible to others as they used to be.

Just a note. I think this is the postage that ebay advertise as 'Fast 'n free'?

Well, if you're a seller, you should know that the stand out bit I am seeing in there is FAST.

I realise that free means postage price is built in. It's still attractive as I don't have to do any mental sums to work out the total cost, but to be honest, it isn't as important on ebay as it is on some other sites such as aliexpress, where Chinese postage costs can add absolutely huge chunks to the total price.

If you offer fast 'n free postage, just be aware a lot of buyers may very well assume it is somehow faster than other, ordinary post.

it is a worse ebay experience not better. since its fast and free and the buyer cant mark me down in postage stars - i just post at my leisure suckers. thanks ebay for enabling me to make fools of the buying experience.

Maybe can't mark you on postage, but can still leave NEG feedback on postage being slow.

According to the feedback removal policy. If an item is "fast and free" a negative feedback refering to slow postage times can be removed.
