Troll in my messages.Keep asking questions.How can I report him/her

I have a troll who keeps messaging me about my listings.Asking questions all the time and trying to correct my listings.Can I block them or report them somewhere.

It's the same user name all the time and it's from the USA.Thought it was genuine at first but they never bid .Just troll .

It's probably just someone with a lot of time on their hands.

Add them to your BBL and tick the box to block communication as well.

I don't have a "Block communications" option on my "Blocked" list - wish I did...

The block communication setting is in your buyer requirements. If you don't already have them set up, do that while you're there. The option is down the bottom of the page. Just delete their messages without opening them then the only person's time they are wasting is their own. If they get no response then they will get fed up eventually and go off and annoy somebody else.
