Hi there, I am having trouble loading some picture to a variation listing I have.
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=251263478893&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT
-- Bride "In Charge"
-- Groom "Not In Charge"
-- "Almost Perfect . Frog Prince"
-- :To the "Rescue!" Fireman Groom
-- "Love Serenade" Guitar Playing Groom
I have tried basic, standard and self hosting, it loads the picture, then when I click "continue" and check the listing it is not there ???? I have contacted ebay 3 times and I keep getting the standard
1. Click on My eBay.
2. Under 'Activity' tab, scroll down do to 'Selling Manager Pro' section and click on 'Active'.
3. Locate the item that you want to revise.
4. On the item page, click on 'Revise your item' link.
5. On the 'Sell Your Item' form, go to 'List multiple variations of your item in one fixed price listing' section and click 'Change pictures'.
6. Look for the variation that you are unable to view the picture and click 'Add picture' button.
7. Follow steps in adding pictures.
8. When you are happy with the revisions, you can submit your listing.
NONE of this works, so I am wondering if anyone out there has any idea as to why this is happening, and maybe a solution to this problem.
Thanks Sheron ๐

I'm sorry I can't give you any advice on how to fix, all I know is that it's a relatively common problem, and seems to affect variant listings with a high number of options available. (According to the help pages, variant listings are meant to have a maximum of 30 options per variation, with a limit of 5 variations. Yours has one variation, but nearly 50 options).
Which means the only thing I can actually suggest is to maybe (and only as a possible fix) break it down into two listings.

hiya, I was having trouble just loading photos in community pages , I was using IE10 but after days of figuring it out I changed Browser to Firefox and it works.... problem solved.
It can't hurt to give it a go ..unless of course u already using Firefox.
Good Luck.

I just remembered that a while back, I had a little trouble with uploading images because of the file name (as far as I could figure, it seemed to be due to some characters I'd used to name the files that weren't alphanumerical).
Maybe renaming the files could make a difference (it did with mine, anyway).
