Anyone else have trouble printing from click & send.
Used to work fine before they changed me to the new system a couple of weeks ago, but now I'm having all kinds of dramas. I'm using ie and I wonder if thats the problem? I keep getting the "ie cannot display this page" screen. Or the print screen is just blank. I often get into trouble straight from the payment screen, so then I have to go looking for the documents I need to print.
It doesnt seem to matter whether I try printing from the web page, or reprinting form my emails, its still takes me several tries before I can get it to work.
Is it just me?
Hmmm, maybe I'll go clear my cookies & cache and see if that helps 🙂

I use FireFox for most of my eBay work; the only exception is sending messages in bulk through eBay Singapore:-)

So I've discovered that when I first enter the C & S website, a line pops up telling me that my browser, operating system & plug in are not suitable. They all have red crosses next to them. The only thing without a red cross is Java. This line pops up for about half a second, if that.
How stupid is that! Not compatible with Vista or ie9, and what is this plug in I am meant to have? I have scoured the site and cant find any information about system requirements, so I guess I'll have to ring them 😐

I don't think its the system requirements, punch, I had a look and my icons have red crosses too, but I can still use click and send - as of yesterday, touch wood.

I have the same issues that you do. The PDF box that comes up to print the labels is just grey. Nothing l do will bring back the labels and often a grey box pops up with 'Internal error'.
l usually just close the browser down, find the C&S email with the Reprint Labels link on it, and print from there.
No idea why it keeps doing that, everything is updated on this computer and l've been migrated to the new site for yonks.
This issue has just started in the last few days.

Punch, try relinking your C&S account with your eBay ID. It's under the Admin menu in C&S. We've had to do it a couple of times in the past.

Also, there may be some problem with eBay at the moment. I've just checked in My eBay and there are paid sales there but we've had no emails.
