Trustly

New to Selling on here

Has anyone encountered The "Trustley" third party banking digital service requiring Client numbers and online banking passwords to successfully activate an item for sale ?

A banking service called Trustely is not enough to raise red flags ,Providing online Banking credentials should be a foghorn.

Is this How e Bay run there service?

First of all, be sure to  read all the information here about registering to sell  and the type of bank account you need for managed payments

https://www.ebay.com.au/help/selling/getting-paid/registering-seller?id=4792&srsltid=AfmBOop2C50bnW8...

Others may be able to give you more information but  from what I've read, you don't need to go through Trustly.

Instead, scroll down to the end of the list of banks and choose "my bank is not listed" even if it is.

This should give you the option to enter the details manually.

Can you please let us know how you go as it may help others.
