Turbo Listing?

Hi everyone,

I am a new seller, only started selling for about 4 months. I read on this discussion board that people use Turbo Listing program to list their items. I am wondering where you can buy that program and how does it work? Would it be quicker to use Turbo Listing to list?

Secondly, I also read that people use photobuckets to upload their photos. I just can't figure out those new advanced tech. I have hundreds of photos saved in a folder and I mannually click on one by one to upload them when I list my items.

Can some very kind person tell me how Turbo Listing helps. And is there a quicker way to upload photos than to mannually upload them.

Your response will be much appreciated.

If you want TL to display your listings as Australia only make sure you have not selected any postage service in the International section then go to the top of the postage input box and click on customise, you will see a pop up, untick the box to display international postage and save then you should be good to go.

Has anyone managed to sort out the 'preview' problems in TL? To have to manually list via ebay would drive me bonkers considering all the work I have put into TL. All ebay live help could offer me the other day was an email address if I wanted to voice my concerns?? (which I have not done as I figured it would be a black hole)

kerri0522 if it isn't the International postage problem have you tried uploading just a few items at a time to see if it all or just some of them.

Are you getting an error message? If so what is it?

If it is "XML document must have a top level element" then I have the fix which I got from turbodata@ebay.com, if it is neither the postage or xml error then do send an email describing the problem to that email address, I have always had an easy follow guide to sorting things out from them. I haven't asked about the postage thing as I rarely list international and if I do I am using flat reight.

The main idea mate not a turbolister but...be PREPARED to kiss buyer's a...es ๐Ÿ˜

The seller's are in disadvantage position...completely..including CHARGEBACK on Paypal.

My item was deliberately damaged in order to return it as " not as described"..Investigation is 100% to buyer's favor..regardless on your 100% positive feedback and 7 years selling history!

fashion essence I didn't open the listings to see if there were differences but are you aware that you are now not allowed to have more than one listing for the same item, there must be at least 2 points of difference and it looks like a couple of your listings are the same, the white shorts for instance.

Hi there,

I asked about 5 years ago id there was a NON windows (specifically) linux-compatible version.

They were "considering" it.

Have they had enough thinking time yet?

Not saying you do this, but do you have any tips on how to get an answer from an ebay staff member that isn't a form letter that completely ignores what you ask, but instead fires some policy-speak back at you?

Appale Mac users have been trying to get a Mac version for over 10 years with out any joy.  As they seem to have trouble maintaining the windows version, I don't see them devoting any resources to versions for other platforms.

If they won't make it Mac compatible I think it is highly unlikely they will ever make a Linux version.

My son-in-law has just created an OS, wonder if I should try it and ask ebay if they can make a compatible TL version :^O

Just a warning there is a flaw in the latest Turbolister. It defaults to imperial units in international post.

That is not the only problem. Anyone who has updated to the latest version will find that after they load items the zoom and enlarge functions do not work for photos loaded through eBay picture services. They are apparently working on that too but it has been at least a week and still no change.
