Confused! It looks like I am linked to US even though my policy is Australia only.
If I go into Shipping Policy the US is there but I can't delete it?
Can you tell me how to fix?

Check your URL at the top of the page, it sounds like you are logged into Ebay.com instead of Ebay.com.au

Sorry I should read more closely, you are in TL. There was a thread the other day with a similar issue and I think the solution was that the member had downloaded the US version of TL instead of the AU version, and as a result they were being logged in to the US site.

As long as you are sure you are using the Aus version do the following:
Select the add/remove link at the top of the postage section
Check the box to show international postage and close.
Make sure that no delivery service is selected in the international postage section, if there is one even if it is showing zero cost set it back to select a service.
Click on the add/remove link again and uncheck the box to show international postage.
If no international service is selected or you continue to be uable to list after removing it try calling ebay.

I have still got imperial only units in international shipping and no option to not ship internatonally.
Does that mean I have US version or is that still the case for AU version?
At moment I just put a flat rate in and tick every exclusion box
I dont have add/remove link either

the issue went away for Australia many months ago, so I would guess you have the US version of TL.
Uninstall. Download the Au version. Install. Do a complete version update. Restore your saved database.

You are right, uninstalled & downloaded AU version. Took ages to get it to sign on and everything just freezes now

When you got rid of TL US version did you use the TL unnstal option or did you do it through Windows control panel?
Whichever you used try uninstaling again using the other method and then create your id, sync with ebay, update and only then import your od listings from your TL backup. If you stil have probles you will have to go back to square one and this time import from an earlier backup file as one of the recent ones may be corrupted.

Went through windows control panel>remove programs
Where is TL uninstall option, cant find it.
Haven't been able to back up TL for a month or so just freezes after compacting. So just uploaded current templates to Ebay then ended them, so I have latest in my unsold folder to import back once I get this sorted.
i think there may be something that is not being totally uninstalled that is messing with new version.
One other thing. with the old one even though shipping etc was still in imperial the shipping services were still AP services, though any further shipping info llinks went to UPS info. very misleading, tahts why I assumed it ws still AU one.
