UPS did not deliver the parcel to the buyer

The parcel was already in Chicago Distribution Center but tracking ends there. The item was not delivered to the buyer

Has the buyer opened a dispute?

Is this the buyer who left you the recent neg?

How long are we talking?  Earlier this year I had three heavily delayed parcels to the US (different buyers).  They ended up becoming stuck at customs or sorting centres for weeks before being delivered.  Australia Post couldn't find any reason for it.

My advice is to talk to the buyer so you both agree to wait and see what happens.  Random delays do occur.

I had this happen once in Belgium,,Parcel was at airport,Buyer went to pick it up.They couldnt find it,,The buyer told Ebay He didnt recieve it and he got a refund,2nd time it happened in Belgium..I dont post to there anymore.
