Unable to list item for sale due to further information to verify registration information

I've been trying to list an item for sale but I keep getting the message below coming up. I'm located in Australia, so I clicked on the customer service for Other Asia-Pacific related account. This just takes me to eBay Hong Kong. Why do I keep getting this message whilst trying to list my item?

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Hi there, I think you might be best off contacting  customer service  via  live chat.  You can get to live chat via the help tab at top/bottom of most ebay pages

Yeah that's not anything I've seen. Most likely triggered by key words or words that bots pick up, making them think you may be misrepresenting your location or that's how it looks. Weird

This has happened to me a few times. Log completely out of ebay close all your ebay tabs and log in again on the Australian site. This seems to work
