Unlimited FREE LISTINGS till 31st May

Having now seen that screen shot, I have to agree, it does read, well actually imply, that you will pay listing fees if the item sells Smiley Surprised

That screen shot is completely different to the initial ones I saw on both links (refer the one I attached previously), but when I tried to accept offer, I couldn't get past 'This offer is by Invitation only' . . . . . . . . . .  Mind you, it would be a low act on eBay's part to charge fees after sale . . . .  but, sadly, I wouldn't put it past them, although it does seem a bit 'advanced' for them Smiley LOL

Maybe this will sort some of the confusion.  It seems not everyone is seeing the same thing (I had not seen the first box Only Pay when you sell until it was posted here)  They definitely do not imply the same thing - well not to me anyway :-

I've just uploaded a photo of the page.  I cannot see any ambiguity about it at all

Yes I think to be safe we all need to keep a copy of the T&Cs. We know with ebay that the left hand has no idea what the other is doing!

There's another one that others are seeing. I've managed the screenshot but for some reason can't get it to copy & past here. The sentence I posted earlier comes from there.

That's the same as the one I posted from the link, and I agree, there is no ambiguity about it - it clearly states only pay Final Fees if your item sells.

The ambiguity arises when you take the second screenshot into account - which states - no listing fees to pay if your item doesn't sell.  Which does suggest or imply, at least to some of us, that listing fees will or could apply if your item sells

Well I guess we'll all have to remember this thread, and if eBay did the unthinkable (charge listing fees), then that photo can be taken as evidence that it is an 'Insertion Fee Free Month'.

Hopefully someone will quickly sell something listed under this promotion to confirm that there are no listing fees involved. I still believe there aren't, but with ebay you can never really presume anything, unfortunately.
