Has anyone else recieved email from ebay notifying that you have lisiting that do no comply with changes to Ebays policies or security changes? The email says that I have 1 product that either a) needs to be matched with a product in ebays catologue or b) has an invalid product idnetifer. I'm not sure what I have to do. Will ebay remove this listing if I do nothing? Suggestions welcome.

Is it a book? in which case there is a problem with the ISBN you have given - a quick fix is to take it out and put "does not apply".
The same answer for the product identifying no if it is not a book.
Want to tell us the item number?

The item is a coffee plunger. Item number is 332782209125.
I have done nothing different with this compared to all my other listings, but ebay has singled this one out!

It's the only one that has the eBay plus added to it so maybe there is an issue with it?

I got one Friday. It said I had 1 item with faults. I clicked on the link that said something like - show me the listing - and when it went to the page it said - none of your listings have faults! Sounds about right for ebay !
I deleted the message.

It may be that it has a conflict about your return section - ebayplus requires 30 days returns, and you only offer 7 days
Not sure tho, because I don't offer returns myself And of course I can't find the ebay policy to quote.
Perhaps someone else will know.

From May, we are simplifying our return options to deliver a returns experience that is consistent and competitive with the changing marketplace. This will help drive a retail-standard returns experience for buyers and help boost your sales.
The five return policy options will be:
- Returns not accepted
- 30-day returns
- 30-day free returns
- 60-day returns
- 60-day free returns.

How do you remove ebayplus option. I have not knowingly selected this and it only appears on this listing!

EBay decide which listings qualify.
All you could do is to change one of the features that enable it to qualify.
Eg change it to no returns accepted.
