Very Happy, just found a "User Guide" on AP's website for C & S, says effective as at Jan 2013. Feet up, cuppa in hand, glasses on, cat on the mat watching the birds in the trees outside............am sure I will learn something? I (asked at the PO yesterday for hard copy but they think as it is for C&S probably only in their site). Is this something new or have I only just caught up?

Great!
Send us a link to find it.
Does it say anywhere whether you can link more than one eBay account on it?

I saw it and downloaded it when I started using C&S, but I confess I haven't got far in reading it!
The problem I have with a lot of user guides is that the user just wants a quick lookup guide: but the provider gives you a really lengthy screed- rather like asking for a recipe card and being handed War and Peace!
I have only had one real problem with C&S, and that is about postcodes. Not just the buyers postcode, either- my own!
Basically I had always had my address as Plympton, Adelaide, 5038. Lots of people do the same sort of thing on eBay- to define the area they and their items for sale are in. It helps avoid confusion for pickup items between say Brighton Melbourne and Brighton Adelaide. But C&S gets stuck on the conflict between postcode and capital city.
SO at the direction of the C&S person I talked to I changed my eBay settings to say Plympton 5038. BUT the C&S keeps putting up the old details every time I use it, anyway, and I have to edit them!!!
One of the great things about C&S actually is their help line- they are very good and patient. Also quick to answer their phones, AND in Australia speaking our version of English!!!

Cal no you can not have more than 1 ebay account it.
What you need to do is manually enter the details for sales on another ID if you want it all under one C&S membership.

Hi Cals, I just went into Click & Send site, and after logging in with password etc, the next screen has a message "Welcome to Click & Send" and on that page is a mess "Download User Guide for Click and Send". Approx 20 pages.
****But what I did see on it was.......
on page 18, under the heading Lodgement, at the bottom of the page, "items lodged over the counter or with courier pick up will receive lodgement scans"
Soooooo those people who have experienced difficulties getting the Proof of postage scanned slips might be able to use this declaration, to provide a way to argue that as it is declared in their own User Guide, as at January this year, the PO need to provide. Personally I haven't had a problem with my local but I know some people were having some problems getting the proof.

I just have my C&S set up with this, my primary selling a/c and any sales on my other 'freebie' ebay ID that need C&S I just import the address myself, and put the tracking number in manually on my
my eBay Selling
page.
