I've received this very peculiar feedback, which has no relevance whatsoever to the item sold !
I've contacted the buyer and she claims she never left this feedback/ never bought anything for her husband - so how did it get there ????

Absolutely twyngwyn - I have found a similar situation with "repeated feedback", and although it IS a green dot, after receiving no response from my kind message to the buyer, I responded to the feedback. Responses are for the benefit of other buyers of your items and also other sellers.

It says more about the buyer/buyer's husband than it does about you. I would not worry about it unless there is a defect with it. Then it is time to ring ebay.

Very important to be careful how you word buyer feedback ...... it could leave you open to an interesting "response to feedback" from the seller !!
