Hi all, how can I do to get Ebay to review and remove negative feedback a buyer has left for me. I sold them a COVER for a door draft stopper and they were expecting a cover and snake. The title clearly states the item is a cover and the item description says many times that the item is a cover only and buyer will have to purchase your own snake. No discussion was even attempted just neg. feedback left from a buyer with a 0 feedback rating. I requested a revision of feedback left by the buyer but they have formally declined stating the original feedback was correct. What can I do now? They also stated the item was overpriced and they thought it unbelievable they would have to fill the cover themselves. Obviously they chose to purchase the item at the cost it was. No questions were ever asked before purchase and the description is clear that the listing is for a cover only. Im so angry.........

@the_great_she_elephan.. You should read all the comments before making statements, Im not the one who said there listing was misleading , A minor fault but a fault none the less. And for that reason and that reason alone the buyer is entiled to there opinion regardless what anyone thinks.
Seems sellers want it all there way not happy when buyers have some power as little as it is.

OP, for those buyers too lazy ( and silly) to read descriptions, you can always make it very very simple for them ...
Edit your photo's, and on every single one of them, add text like "Cover Only". Better yet, add two photo's side by side. One saying "Cover when filled" and "Cover Empty".
Fool proof, even for eBaying ๐
With the new eBay picture quality requirements coming in photos will not be allowed to have added text.

I read that as marketing text. Wouldn't that only be things like sale, free postage, free gift etc???

Is that for .com.au as well?

dotcomdotau - my understanding is that all text is to be banned.
arnl7178 - it is supposedly coming out later this year. It comes into effect on the UK site in about 6 months so probably won't be long before the announcement is made here.

Even tho the OP has tweaked the title, I think it would be better to take the original suggestion and put NEW COVER for ... as the first words.
