Hi, I'm wondering how to view the full feedback ratings from buyers eg: postage time/fees, item described as etc. A buyer has recently given me good feedback but has rated me poorly in the star ratings section, and I would like to know who it is so I can make a complaint within ebay, or at the very least block them. I hope I am just missing something as I think the seller is entitled to see the full feedback ratings, as it seems someone could just hit the positive feedback button, leave a nice comment, and then rate you 1 out of 5 in all other relevant departments, and you may never know who it was. Very strange.

There is no way of seeing the 'stars' that individual buyers have left you.

They are anonymous.
For the reasons you have outlined.

That's crazy! So what do I do, put all my recent buyers on my block list?? Really, ebay needs to pick It's act up as that is just stupid. And there is no doubt that some buyers know this and will abuse it. Incredible.

"For the reasons you have outlined"
Huh!

When did you notice your stars marked "down"? You can usually trace it that way

Provide quality items at good prices.
Do you get a lot of repeat buyers? And why would you block a buyer who left you positive feedback? What ratings do you reckon they left you? Given the frequency of your recent feedback it shouldn't be too hard to work out who it was. If you're that worried, presumably you check your stars frequently. Which, by the way, aren't at a catastrophically low level.
The low DSRs will drop off in 12 months anyway.

Agree Dave. Not too bad at all

On 18 sales, so the 'low' stars couldn't have been less than 3s, assuming everybody else left 5s. So probably 4s, which is not unusual. And not the buyer's fault. 4 should be good, except for the way eBay gauge things.

@judy, I don't check that often to be honest, I just feel that it has happened recently as I never noticed it before. I have narrowed it down to my last 3 buyers with 1 of them the most likely who complained about a late item before Christmas(not my fault, I posted it nearly 3 weeks previously) and received it the day after Boxing day. But this buyer eventually left me a great (green/message) feedback and never mentioned any problem. I have never received poor feedback form anyone as yet so It could be any of the 15 or so peeps who left feedback, which brings me back to my original gripe about not knowing who's leaving what ratings behind.
